  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time
  • We also offer free London self-collection (see section below).
Processing times

Ready-stock orders (craft supplies and ready-made bouquets) are processed within:

  • 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Please note:

  • Made to order bouquets (will be specified in product description) have a processing time of 5-7 working days due to the handcrafted nature of items
  • Processing time is separate from delivery time.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
UK delivery options

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. We operate flat shipping rates across our products, with prices covering tracked delivery, label and packaging cost.

Standard UK Tracked Delivery – £3.00
  • Delivery aim: 2–4 working days
Next Day Aim Tracked Delivery – £6.00
  • Delivery aim: 1–2 working days
Self collection (London)

We offer free London self-collection.

  • Collection details will be provided after your order is ready.
  • You will be contacted to arrange a suitable collection time.
  • Note: processing times remain the same as outlined above (2-3 days for ready stock items and 5-7 days for made to order items)
  • Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe.
Shipping Delays / Issues

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues.
  • However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
  • If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us at info@mokobloom.com

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, re-delivery fees may apply.
