Understanding your rights

Under UK consumer law, you have certain rights when you buy goods online:

  • You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your items, even if you change your mind. This period is often called the ‘cooling-off period’.
  • After you notify us that you would like to make a return, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
  • We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
  • You are entitled to a full refund of the item price and standard delivery costs if you cancel during this statutory period
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging
How to return

To return an item under your statutory right:

  1. Email us at info@mokobloom.com within 14 days of delivery to notify us if you wish to make a return. Kindly reference your order number and specify which item the return applies to.
  2. Further details including return address will be provided upon submitting your return request.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Tracked delivery is recommend and you will be responsible for the cost of all return postage.
  4. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags attached (where applicable).

If you do not follow this procedure, we may have the right to refuse your return request.
Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:

  • Kindly contact us immediately at info@mokobloom.com with proof of damage
  • You may return it and request a full refund, exchange or replacement only if your complaint is raised within 7 days of receiving your item
  • We'll always aim to make things right!
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The cooling-off right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items

For these items, you may still return them if faulty or damaged under our specified terms for faulty/damaged goods.
Refund process

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned items.
